Troubleshooting#
Previews Not Showing in UI#
Problem: Items appear but have no preview image
Solutions:
- Verify preview files exist in correct location
- Check file naming matches expected format
- Restart server to refresh file cache
- Ensure calibration was completed first
Studio Won't Open#
Problem: /clothesstudio command does nothing
Solutions:
- Verify admin permissions are granted
- Check for script errors in F8 console
- Ensure onex-creation started without errors
- Try restarting the resource
Shoot Command Skips Items#
Problem: Some items aren't being photographed
Solutions:
- Run calibration to update item list
- Check if items are in correct collection
- Verify gender parameter is correct
- Check server console for error messages
Preview Quality Issues#
Problem: Previews look wrong or have artifacts
Solutions:
- Ensure proper lighting in studio
- Wait for model to fully load before capture
- Check studio configuration settings
- Re-shoot affected items manually
Wrong Items in Previews#
Problem: Preview shows different item than expected
Solutions:
- Recalibrate the collection
- Check for conflicting addon packs
- Verify localIndex matches between calibration and preview
- Delete existing previews and re-shoot
Best Practices#
-
Calibrate first, shoot second - Always complete calibration before recording previews
-
Shoot by gender - Record male and female separately to avoid confusion
-
Use specific commands - Target individual addon packs rather than shooting everything
-
Verify as you go - Check UI after each shoot session to confirm success
-
Backup previews - Keep copies of preview folders for addon packs you use frequently
-
Low population - Run shoots during off-peak hours as it can impact performance
